1) Jared Hammill, 15:34: Jared ran this time while at Wharton High in Tampa at the Hillsborough County Championships as a senior. He placed 3rd overall, and it was just setting the stage for what he’d do later in 2020. He won districts and regionals as a senior and followed by placing 3rd at Class 4A states. His time is the record at Wharton. Is a sophomore at the University of Tampa as a scholarship runner at the Division 2 powerhouse.
2) Kirin “KJ” Karver, 15:40. He ran this speedy time his junior year in 2021 and is currently entering his senior season at Berkley Prep in Tampa. His PR came at the FSU Pre-State Invitational (placed 13th) and followed up by going 15:41 on the same course at the Class 2A state meet a few months later (5th). Currently unsigned entering his senior season.
3) Nehemiah “Tre” Rivers, 15:45. Ran as a senior in 2018 at Wharton High in Tampa, which was the school record before our No. 1 runner broke it a few years later. Tre posted this at regionals (placed 2nd) and followed up by taking 3rd at the Class 4A state meet. He was Hillsborough County and district champion his senior season. Is a junior at University of Illinois-Chicago (D1).
4) Casey Pleune, 16:35. Ran this as senior in 2019 at Kenston High in Ohio at a local invitational. Helped his high school team make states all four years, first at Wharton High in Tampa and then the last three at Kenston. Currently a student at Florida State University.
5) Alan Meriga, 16:45. Ran this as a senior in 2021 at Wharton High in Tampa at a local invitational. Ran for Fairview High in Ohio as a freshman and sophomore before moving to Florida. Currently a student at the University of South Florida.

1) Brooke Reif, 18:42: Brooke ran this time while at Wharton High in Tampa in 2021 at a regular season invite and matched this at her district meet where she was the individual district champ. Later that season she placed 4th at the Class 4A state meet. She also won Hillsborough County and regional championships that season. Helped her high school team make states twice. Entering her freshman year at Richmond University (D1).
2) Rania Samhouri, 18:49: Rania ran this time as a senior at Wharton High in Tampa in 2016 at the Class 4A state meet, where she placed 9th overall. She ran XC for 3 years in high school and made states all 3 years. Ran at the University of South Florida (D1) for 2 seasons and has since graduated from college.
3) Elyse “Ellie” Pleune, 19:07. Ellie ran this this as a junior in 2019 at Kenston high in Ohio at the Division 1 state meet placing 42nd. Made states her first 3 years individually with Kenston before helping her whole team qualify as a senior. Ran at Stetson University (D1) for 1 season and is currently studying marketing.
4) Bryanna Rivers, 19:36. Bryanna ran this as a senior in 2016 at Wharton High in Tampa in the Hillsborough County championships, placing 14th. Helped her high school team make states in cross country twice. Graduated after competing at the University of Massachusetts Amherst (D1) and is currently seeking her master’s degree for nursing at Duke University.
5) Nia Rivers, 19:56. Nia ran this as a junior in 2018 at Wharton High in Tampa at the Class 4A state, placing 48th. Helped her high school make states twice. Competed at Southeast Missouri State University (D1) for one season and is currently seeking a veterinary degree from the same school.
